The F&B Shift Supervisor supports daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, operational compliance, food safety, and effective team supervision. This role acts as the key point of leadership on shift.
Penyelia Shift F&B menyokong operasi harian kedai semasa shift yang ditugaskan bagi memastikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang, pematuhan operasi, keselamatan makanan dan pengurusan pasukan yang berkesan.
This job is for FnB outlets, cafés, fast food, kiosks etc.

Customer Service & Store Operations
Perkhidmatan Pelanggan & Operasi Kedai

- Anticipate customer and store needs by observing the environment and customer cues
Menjangka keperluan pelanggan dan kedai dengan menilai keadaan dan tingkah laku pelanggan
- Resolve customer, sales, and operational issues promptly and effectively
Menyelesaikan isu pelanggan, jualan dan operasi dengan cepat dan berkesan
Cash Handling & Financial Control
Pengurusan Tunai & Kawalan Kewangan
- Execute cash handling, cash register, and security procedures in accordance with company policies
Melaksanakan prosedur pengurusan tunai, kaunter pembayaran dan keselamatan mengikut polisi syarikat
- Ensure proper cash management practices are followed by the shift team
Memastikan amalan pengurusan tunai dipatuhi oleh pasukan shift
- Check daily bank-in reports to ensure sales takings are deposited on time
Menyemak laporan bank-in harian bagi memastikan jualan dimasukkan tepat pada masanya
- Control cost of goods, labour costs, and minimise product damage or wastage
Mengawal kos barangan, kos buruh dan mengurangkan kerosakan atau pembaziran produk
Food Safety, SOP & Compliance
Keselamatan Makanan, SOP & Pematuhan
- Conduct ROR (Review of Operations Risks) covering food safety, SOPs, product quality, and health risks
Melaksanakan ROR (Semakan Risiko Operasi) merangkumi keselamatan makanan, SOP, kualiti produk dan risiko kesihatan
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
Memastikan pematuhan penuh terhadap standard keselamatan makanan, kebersihan dan operasi
- Maintain a safe working environment for all team members during each shift
Menjaga persekitaran kerja yang selamat untuk semua kakitangan sepanjang shift
