Core Responsibilties:
<ol>
<li>Dealer Relationship Management • Act as the primary liaison between Goldbell and a portfolio of auto dealers (new and used). • Build trust-based relationships with dealers to increase loan origination volumes. • Provide end-to-end support to dealers to facilitate efficient loan submissions and approvals.</li>
<li>Lead Acquisition &amp; Channel Development • Drive lead generation through dealer engagement, on-ground visits, and proactive prospecting. • Develop dealer acquisition strategies to expand the approved dealer network across target markets. • Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territories and industry verticals.</li>
<li>Product Promotion &amp; Sales Execution • Educate dealers on Goldbell’s financing solutions, value propositions, and digital platforms. • Support dealer partners with marketing tools and sales kits to increase customer conversion rates. • Attend dealer events, roadshows, and expos as part of market penetration initiatives.</li>
<li>Loan Application Management &amp; Credit Support • Guide dealers and customers through the auto loan application process, ensuring accurate submission of required documents. • Conduct preliminary financial assessments and liaise with credit teams to ensure swift turnaround times.</li>
<li>Documentation &amp; Compliance • Ensure all auto loan documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements. • Monitor loan processing pipeline and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.</li>
<li>Sales Target Achievement &amp; Reporting • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and loan disbursement targets. • Provide regular reporting on dealer performance, market trends, and competitor activities.</li>
