Job Description

 

Sales (Hardware – B2B & B2C)

  • Identify, prospect, and close new customers in B2B (dealers, distributors, corporate clients, contractors, etc.) and B2C (retail, end-users, e-commerce).
  • Present and demonstrate hardware products to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts, building long-term relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Conduct regular market visits to dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to monitor product placement and gather feedback.
     

Marketing & Branding

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote hardware products.
  • Coordinate promotions, roadshows, trade fairs, and product demos with customers and partners.
  • Work with internal team to develop sales kits, brochures, product sheets, and digital content.
  • Support social media, website, and e-commerce activities related to product marketing and lead generation.
     

Market & Product Insights

  • Gather and report market intelligence (competitor pricing, new products, customer trends).
  • Provide feedback to management on product performance and potential new product opportunities.
  • Prepare basic sales and activity reports (pipeline, visits, campaign results).
     


Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–6 years of experience in sales/marketing; experience in hardware, tools, industrial, building materials, or electronics is an added advantage.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is preferred.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork/visiting customers regularly.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or e-commerce platforms is a plus)
  • Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with sales targets.

Nice-to-Have

  • Existing network with dealers, distributors, hardware shops, or contractors.
  • Experience with digital marketing (social media ads, basic content creation) to support sales.
  • Technical knowledge or interest in hardware / tools / industrial products.
