<p>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented <strong>Administrative Executive (Contract)</strong> to manage day-to-day office operations and provide executive and administrative support to our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office functioning, compliance, and effective coordination across departments.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Office &amp; Facilities Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage daily office operations including opening and closing of office premises</li>
<li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence</li>
<li>Maintain office upkeep, cleanliness, supplies, and overall working environment</li>
<li>Oversee company offices and properties, including coordinating maintenance and repairs</li>
<li>Coordinate staff activities such as office celebrations, birthdays, and internal events</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Administrative &amp; Executive Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and manage renewal of company licenses, road tax, insurance, and regulatory documents</li>
<li>Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers</li>
<li>Support the Accounts and Admin teams with documentation, invoice tracking, and basic administrative tasks</li>
<li>Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems</li>
<li>Manage shared drives to ensure accurate and up-to-date document storage</li>
<li>Any ad hoc task related to the department</li>
</ul>
