<li>Work closely within project team &amp; client to understand the concept direction</li>
<li>Prepare full set of design/concept drawings and liaise with respective brand’s representative and regional office</li>
<li>Materials / specification selections (When required)</li>
<li>Responsible for full set of construction drawing/ shop drawing/ technique drawing upon awarded.</li>
<li>Familiar with CAD &amp; SHOP drawing</li>
<li>Liaise with suppliers regarding material submission/confirmation.</li>
<li>Work out technical &amp; construction details including loose furniture &amp; fixed furniture items for tender/ factory production.</li>
<li>Conduct site measurements - site visit.</li>
<li>To support &amp; attend site meeting / inspection during project period.</li>
<li>To monitor all project development from inception, planning, designing, tendering, construction to complete within deadline.</li>
<li>Opportunity to work with local &amp; oversea customers, &amp; to explore different projects - be it commercial or retail.</li>
<li>Technical discussion with internal department, e.g.: QS Dept, Project Team, etc.</li>
