HOW WE ROLL

<h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3>
<p>We are seeking an Account Executive to join our business team. In this role, you will support the Account Leads in developing digital solutions and clear goals for our clients. As the go-to contact, you will coordinate in execution of projects, learn to work with a variety of stakeholders whilst fostering your knowledge of the client’s business and liaise with cross-functional internal teams.</p>

<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Client Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Day-to-day client management, maintaining regular contact with the client to ensure effective communication</li>
<li>Clear understanding and decoding of client feedback and response required</li>
<li>Manage general internal and external communication amongst working team and clients</li>
<li>Writing and circulating meeting agendas, contact reports and updating WIP documents.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Administrative</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage the process of projects closely from brief to delivery</li>
<li>Manage the budget and timelines on your projects, and be responsible for keeping project finance trackers and delivery up to date</li>
</ul>
