About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various financial operations, including preparing quotes and invoices, managing financial documentation, and assisting with reporting and compliance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial management and contribute to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Prepare and issue accurate quotes and invoices to clients.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize receipts for submission to the accountant.</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions, such as claims and payments.</li>
<li>Provide support during audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations.</li>
<li>Stay updated with tax regulations, company policies, and financial procedures.</li>
<li>Perform timely and accurate account reconciliations.</li>
<li>Submit weekly/monthly payment schedules for approval.</li>
<li>Ensure payments to statutory bodies are made before the due date.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing financial reports, including monthly and annual statements.</li>
<li>Monitor expenditures against budgets and provide regular updates.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>Follow up with clients to collect outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.</li>
<li>Update and maintain cash flow reports on a weekly basis.</li>
<li>Monitor cash inflows and outflows to ensure adequate liquidity.</li>
</ul>
