The Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with our cross-functional team and clients to plan, manage, and deliver technical and digital projects on time — ensuring quality and client satisfaction at every stage. You will drive execution across design, development, QA, and deployment, acting as the central point of communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. 

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to navigate complex digital ecosystems with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead digital projects (e.g., website builds, platform migrations, CMS implementations, API integrations)
• from planning to deployment.
• Scope and gather requirements, define timelines and budgets, and ensure alignment with client objectives
• and technical feasibility.
• Apply the most suitable project management methodology (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) based on project
• type and delivery expectations.
• Facilitate key ceremonies such as kickoff meetings, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Track project milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables — escalating issues or risks proactively.
• Ensure the team has clear direction, access, and tools to execute tasks efficiently across environments.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Act as the main liaison between internal teams (designers, developers, QA) and external stakeholders
• (clients, partners, vendors).
• Translate complex technical discussions into business-friendly language for clients and senior
• stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates, manage expectations, and lead stakeholder communications with
• transparency and confidence.

Technical Oversight

• Understand project architecture and dependencies to support planning, troubleshooting, and
• coordination.
• Coordinate with developers and DevOps teams on deployments, integrations, and testing workflows.
• Participate in solution discussions, documentation reviews, and QA processes to ensure successful
• delivery.

Problem-Solving & Risk Management

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers — and take timely action to mitigate them.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making when faced with changing priorities or
• technical challenges.
• Maintain project momentum by removing roadblocks and keeping teams aligned and motivated.

Communication & Empathy

• Work effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones and departments.
• Adapt your communication style to suit technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Practice active listening and empathy when resolving conflicts or negotiating compromises.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical or digital project management within an agency, software, or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, content management systems (CMS), APIs, and
• front-end/back-end development workflows.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level websites or digital solutions involving multi-site or
• multilingual setups, integrations, or custom development.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
• Strong command of project scoping, documentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional
• team coordination.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, DevOps processes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience managing QA, UAT, and deployment cycles in web or software projects.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PRINCE2, or SAFe certification.
• Background in digital agencies, software development firms, or consulting.
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Figma, Postman, or other tech-stack tools used in web projects.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
