Job Description

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Handling customer services paperwork
  • Calendar & schedule management 
  • Meeting coordination and minute-taking 
  • Email drafting and professional communication
  • Training and guidance will be provided by the senior team members to support your learning and development

Job Requirements

  • Min. qualification of SPM and above
  • Proven work experience related to administrative job or similar role
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, MS PowerPoint specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Attention to detail and proactive
  • Handling virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams)
