As a Project Delivery Specialist, your role is to bring together clients, designers, and developers to ensure projects move forward smoothly and delivered successfully. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, managing expectations, solving challenges, and driving projects from kickoff to launch.

Whether you are building a new website, improving a digital platform, or supporting a product launch, your focus is always the same: delivering quality outcomes through strong collaboration and ownership.

What You Will Be Responsible For?

Project Delivery

• Coordinate website, application, and digital projects from initiation to launch.
• Monitor timelines, priorities, and project progress to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify risks early and work with the team to resolve them proactively.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Facilitate discussions, align expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, developers, and strategists to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Ensure project requirements, feedback, and decisions are communicated clearly across all stakeholders.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and delivery records.
• Support continuous improvement of project workflows and delivery processes.
