<li>Support the briefing process to ensure all essential information is included:</li>

<li>objectives, audience, mandatories, formats, timelines, deliverables</li>
</ul>
<li>Help consolidate information across stakeholders so the team can execute smoothly</li>
</ul>
<p><ins>Project Coordination &amp; Tracking</ins></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain trackers/status documents; ensure tasks, deadlines, and approvals are updated and visible</li>
<li>Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple stakeholders (internal + client)</li>
<li>Proactively flag risks (scope, timing, missing info) and escalate early with proposed solutions</li>
</ul>
<p><ins>Meeting Support</ins></p>
<ul>
<li>Support meeting preparation: agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups</li>
<li>Help ensure meeting outputs are captured properly and closed out (owners + deadlines + next steps)</li>
