Job Description
GT Business Systems Sdn Bhd is looking for an IoT Support Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience with sensors, electronics, and smart connectivity. You will work closely with our technical team to support real-world IoT deployments.
What You Will Learn & Do
- Hands-on Installation: Assist in setting up and configuring IoT devices and sensors at various customer sites.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Learn to diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues under the guidance of our engineers.
- System Maintenance: Help monitor device performance and assist in regular maintenance and security updates.
- Field Insights: Collaborate with development teams to provide feedback from the field, helping to improve our products.
- Inventory Handling: Assist in managing IoT device stock and preparing equipment for upcoming projects.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Interest: A strong interest in (or basic knowledge of) electronics, sensors, and hardware. An electrical background is a major plus.
- Experience: Candidates with personal projects or prior experience working with devices/sensors are highly encouraged to apply, even without a completed degree.
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay to support our diverse client base.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel/outstation for project assignments alongside our senior team.
