We’re looking for a resourceful and organized Recruitment Support Executive to fuel the growth of a high-performing team of Singapore-based financial advisors. You will be the backbone of our talent acquisition strategy, managing the candidate journey from the first outreach to the final onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

•  Research and source potential financial advisors, managers, and interns through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
•  Maintain and update candidate pipelines and dashboards (Monday.com / Google Sheets).
•  Schedule introduction calls and interviews between candidates and Singapore team leaders.
•  Send introductory materials and follow-up messages to prospects.
•  Track candidate status (first contact → interview → onboarding) and generate weekly recruitment reports.
•  Coordinate onboarding documentation with HR and compliance teams.
•  Support marketing efforts for recruitment campaigns, including posting job listings and collating responses.

Job Requirements

Requirements

•  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or HR.
•  1–3 years of recruitment coordination or HR support experience preferred.
•  Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin a plus.
•  Comfortable using LinkedIn 
•  Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven with strong follow-up skills.
