We’re looking for a resourceful and organized Recruitment Support Executive to fuel the growth of a high-performing team of Singapore-based financial advisors. You will be the backbone of our talent acquisition strategy, managing the candidate journey from the first outreach to the final onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Research and source potential financial advisors, managers, and interns through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain and update candidate pipelines and dashboards (Monday.com / Google Sheets).</li>
<li>&nbsp;Schedule introduction calls and interviews between candidates and Singapore team leaders.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Send introductory materials and follow-up messages to prospects.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Track candidate status (first contact → interview → onboarding) and generate weekly recruitment reports.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Coordinate onboarding documentation with HR and compliance teams.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support marketing efforts for recruitment campaigns, including posting job listings and collating responses.</li>
</ul>
