It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.About the roleThis Planning &amp; Forecast Analyst role is to provide planning &amp; forecasting support to either the Planning &amp; Forecasting Lead or in-market FD. This includes managing the preparation of in-market annual and monthly forecasts. Alongside, preparing monthly management reports for the in-market FD to evaluate performance.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide support to the market with the preparation of the monthly forecast (CMF), Annual Business Planning (ABP), Standards Setting (FLIP) and ad-hoc tasks.</li><li>Responsible for the preparation of the monthly Sales, CoGs, A&amp;P, OPEX (overall P&amp;L) and Cash Flow forecast.</li><li>Accountable for creating, updating and maintaining financial models to provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts for the market (CCC process).</li><li>Perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.</li><li>Providing commentaries on variances for P&amp;L and BS lines, vs Actuals, ABP, LY and prior forecast.</li><li>Submission of CMF and ABP into BISON and owner of the annual cost Flip process.</li><li>Preparation of internal management reports (e.g. MPR) for executive leadership.</li></ul>Why you?Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree) in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics, IT</li><li>Relevant experience (3-5 years) preferably within a similar operating model, similar sector and experienced in E-commerce model.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in Financial Planning/Budgeting/FP&amp;A/ FBP, preferably in FMCG</li><li>Expertise in creating or extracting information from /to excel and use of advanced formulas.</li><li>Proficient financial knowledge of analysis, evaluation, modelling and forecasting with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong commercial sense and business knowledge.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills</li><li>Experience working across a matrix environment.</li><li>Strong focus on customer service</li><li>Advanced listening skills.
