Our Culture

<h4>This position supports the Brand &amp; Marketing Manager in crafting and executing marketing campaigns, organizing content schedules, coordinating point-of-sale materials (POSM), and handling event logistics. The role encompasses both digital and traditional marketing efforts, ensuring the timely execution of campaigns, adherence to deadlines, and the effective establishment and growth of the company's brand identity.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>Brand Development &amp; Management</strong></h4>

<li><strong>Brand Strategy</strong>: Develop and execute strategies to elevate the positioning of the company and its products across various platforms (both digital and traditional).</li>
<li><strong>Brand Consistency</strong>: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines in packaging, social media, website, and all marketing materials.</li>
<li><strong>New Brand Creation</strong>: Contribute to the brainstorming, naming, and designing of visual identities for new brands or product lines.</li>
<li><strong>Market Research</strong>: Conduct analyses of competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to guide brand strategies.</li>

<h4><strong>Marketing Execution &amp; Content Support:</strong></h4>

<li>Manage and curate the social media content calendar.</li>
