Job Description

This position supports the Brand & Marketing Manager in crafting and executing marketing campaigns, organizing content schedules, coordinating point-of-sale materials (POSM), and handling event logistics. The role encompasses both digital and traditional marketing efforts, ensuring the timely execution of campaigns, adherence to deadlines, and the effective establishment and growth of the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development & Management

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to elevate the positioning of the company and its products across various platforms (both digital and traditional).
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines in packaging, social media, website, and all marketing materials.
  • New Brand Creation: Contribute to the brainstorming, naming, and designing of visual identities for new brands or product lines.
  • Market Research: Conduct analyses of competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to guide brand strategies.

Marketing Execution & Content Support:

  • Assist in planning and organizing campaign activities.
  • Manage and curate the social media content calendar.
  • Produce and publish social media updates, website content, and product highlights.
  • Work closely with designers to create engaging visual assets.
  • Draft creative briefs and oversee the visual revision process.
  • Track campaign developments and communicate key milestones to the Manager.

Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Support the organization of exhibitions, trade shows, and live events.
  • Assist with booth setup, inventory preparation, and logistical checklists.
  • Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and design teams on event needs.
  • Provide on-site assistance during events as required.

Administrative & Internal Coordination:

  • Handle purchase orders, quotation requests, and basic procurement records.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables between sales, product, and design departments.
  • Follow up with vendors, agencies, and external collaborators.
  • Maintain documentation for campaigns and events.

Job Requirements

  1. A diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related discipline
  2. 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing support or event coordination, ideally within the FMCG, consumer goods, or brand management sectors
  3. Proficient in social media platforms, campaign management, and content development and execution
  4. Basic video shooting and editing skills, awareness of TikTok/Reels trends, and a fundamental understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe, Google Analytics, and Shopee/Lazada Seller Center is advantageous)
  5. Excellent coordination and communication abilities, organized and creative thinker, capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines, with a proactive approach. Outgoing, energetic, comfortable in front of a camera, possessing strong presentation skills, and able to assist with physical event setup and stock coordination as necessary
