<div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</h2> </div><div>OVERVIEW <ul> <li>To manage the Sales Operation Process be guided by the SOP and WI established.</li> <li>To maintain overall office administrative system for Sales Department.</li> <li>To maintain the department be compliance with company’s quality certifications.</li> <li>To maintain/improve the office’s condition be compliance to ISO 140001, OHSAS 18001 and 5S.</li> <li>To manage new Sales Operation process practises from BPR discussion.</li> <li>To prepare KPI Updates for department’s achievement tracking.</li> <li>To generate report required by management.</li> <li>To prepare master price.</li> <li>To assist in chairing weekly Sales Operation meeting.</li> <li>To support operations by supervising Customer Assistants.</li> <li>To support operations by co-ordinate between sales team and internal customers.</li> <li>To maintain the department be compliance with HR’s rules and regulation.</li> <li>To handle yearly project.</li> <li>To handle and manage all administrative task.</li> <li>Key assistant to Sales Operation Senior Executive and Manager.</li> <li>Provide training, guidance, and coaching to subordinates.</li> <li>Any other tasks assigned by the superior.</li> </ul> DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Responsible for business process practises as established.</li> <li>Continually review the established SOP and / or WI for improve purpose.</li> <li>Creating new SOP and / or WI when necessary.</li> <li>Responsible for up keeping filing system with compliance to company’s quality certifications (example: agreement).</li> <li>Handling fire drill program.</li> <li>Handling Internal and External Audits.</li> <li>Handling new development of control document (example: Customer Requirement File).</li> <li>Handling new project for Sales Operation improvement.</li> <li>Responsible for accuracy of report for KPI Tracking.</li> <li>Responsible to generate and prepare the required report.</li> <li>Responsible for the master price list and its accuracy.</li> <li>Responsible for Sales Operation meeting minutes.</li> <li>Responsible for Customer Survey Analysis Report.</li> <li>Training, coach and motivate Customer Assistants NE6 and below.</li> <li>Responsible for planning for annual training schedule and identify training needs for Customer Assistant.</li> <li>Responsible to act as liaison within sales team and relevant department at the factory.</li> <li>Responsible for controlling and monitoring office expenditure.</li> <li>Communicate with contracted vendors and new office’s owner on their service contracts, services provided and payment.</li> <li>Responsible for the sufficiency of glove samples at the storage.</li> <li>Attend and support exhibition.</li> <li>Responsible for the attendance records of Customer Assistants NE6 and below.</li> <li>Any other task assigned by the superior.</li> </ul> REQUIREMENTS Education: <ul> <li>Bachelor Degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent sales field.</li> </ul> Work Experience: <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience with similar roles and responsibilities preferred or fresh graduate.</li> </ul> Technical and Professional Knowledge: <ul> <li>Good negotiation skills.</li> <li>Good in figures and management reporting</li> <li>Able to liaise with competitor, suppliers for market information.</li> </ul> Certification / License Requirement: N/A</div>
