Job Description:
<ul>
<li>Planning, implementing, managing and running of all the finance activities of the Group, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. </li>
<li>Developing and maintaining a strategic financial plan, annual operating and capital budgets; financial analysis of new programs, acquisitions, and business development; revenue management; preparation of the financial statements. </li>
<li>Proactively advise and educate management on all aspects which financially impacted operations. </li>
<li>Oversee and manage entire Account department, improving operation efficiency </li>
<li>Consolidation and preparation of management account for reporting </li>
<li>Planning and implementation on tax strategy for the group </li>
<li>Oversee responsible for payment processing and suppliers reconciliation </li>
<li>Liaising with external auditors, bankers, secretary and tax agents </li>
<li>Handling the full set of accounts and take care of all the financial aspects of the organization </li>
<li>Responsible involves overseeing the account receivable and payable from time to time  </li>
<li>Supervising and motivate staff in all aspects  </li>
<li>Assist in ad hoc assignments/projects from time to time.  </li>
</ul>
