<li>Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and cancellations via phone, walk-in, or online channels.</li>
<li>Promote and up sell spa treatments, products, and packages to maximize revenue.</li>
<li>Handle walk-in guests and bookings.</li>
<li>Ensure all daily transactions, reports, and records are accurately completed before closing.</li>
<li>Payment handling as cash and credit card.</li>
<li>Assist in end-of-day reconciliation and ensure cash and credit transactions are properly balanced.</li>
<li>Administration work.</li>
<li>Inventory Handling.</li>
</ul>
