Key Responsibilities
Guest Service &amp; Front Desk Operations
<ul>
<li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out for treatments.</li>
<li>Provide detailed information on spa services, treatments, promotions, and operating hours.</li>
<li>Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and cancellations via phone, walk-in, or online channels.</li>
<li>Manage the spa schedule and ensure smooth coordination with therapists on duty.</li>
<li>Promote and upsell spa treatments, products, and packages to maximize revenue.</li>
</ul>
Night Shift Duties
<ul>
<li>Handle late-night walk-in guests and last-minute bookings.</li>
<li>Ensure all daily transactions, reports, and records are accurately completed before closing.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the spa reception, treatment rooms, and common areas.</li>
<li>Monitor and report any irregularities, safety, or maintenance issues to management.</li>
<li>Assist in end-of-day reconciliation and ensure cash and credit transactions are properly balanced.</li>
</ul>
Administrative &amp; Communication
<ul>
<li>Record guest preferences and feedback to enhance future visits.</li>
<li>Maintain proper stock levels of spa retail items and amenities.</li>
<li>Prepare daily sales and activity reports for the Spa Manager.</li>
<li>Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions.</li>
</ul>

<li>管理当日预约表，与治疗师协调时间安排。</li>
<li>推介及销售疗程、配套及产品以提升销售额。</li>
</ul>
夜班职责
<ul>
<li>接待夜间到访宾客及临时预约。</li>
<li>确保每日交易、报表及记录在交接前准确完成。</li>
<li>维持接待区、理疗室及公共区域的整洁与整备状态。</li>
<li>监控并报告任何异常、安全或维修问题。</li>
<li>协助每日收银结算，确保现金与信用交易无误。</li>
</ul>
行政与沟通
<ul>
<li>记录宾客喜好与反馈，以提升服务品质。</li>
<li>管理零售商品及水疗用品的库存。</li>
<li>每日准备销售与营运报告，提交予水疗经理。</li>
<li>对宾客资料与内部事务保持高度保密与专业态度。</li>
</ul>
任职要求
<ul>
<li>至少具备 SPM 或同等学历；拥有酒店或相关专业文凭者优先。</li>
<li>拥有酒店、水疗中心或健康中心前台经验者优先。</li>
<li>具备良好的沟通能力与顾客服务意识。</li>
<li>能独立工作，适应夜班及较少监督的工作环境。</li>
<li>精通英文及马来文，会中文或其他语言者更佳。</li>
<li>仪容整洁、态度亲切、服务意识强。</li>
<li>能接受夜班、周末及公共假期排班工作。</li>
</ul>
工作时间
<ul>
<li>夜班时段：晚上 8:00 至早上 6:00（视运营需求而定）</li>
<li>一周休两天</li>
