About the Role:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide premium customer service and personalized consultation
- Perform facials, body massage, and wellness therapies
- Recommend and sell skincare, fragrances, and spa services
- Maintain hygiene, treatment rooms, and store presentation
- Support daily operations, appointments, and inventory
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail, spa, or related field
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and luxury service
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Positive attitude, well-groomed, and team-oriented
- Basic POS/computer knowledge
- Able to perform treatments (training provided if needed)
