Guest Service & Front Desk Operations

• Greet guests.
• Provide detailed information on spa services, treatments, promotions, and operating hours.
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and cancellations via phone, walk-in, or online channels.
• Promote and up sell spa treatments, products, and packages to maximize revenue.
• Handle walk-in guests and bookings.
• Ensure all daily transactions, reports, and records are accurately completed before closing.
• Payment handling as cash and credit card.
• Assist in end-of-day reconciliation and ensure cash and credit transactions are properly balanced.
• Administration work.
• Inventory Handling.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Customer Service Skills.
• Good Self Grooming.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel, spa, or wellness center front desk is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages an added advantage.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Work Schedule

• 10am to 8pm / 5pm to 3am / 8pm to 6am (subject to operational needs)
• 2 days off a week
