We are a dynamic and fast-growing FMCG beauty brand headquartered in China, committed to clean beauty, innovation, and global scalability. As part of our international expansion, Malaysia serves as a key Southeast Asian regional hub, supporting strategic growth across ASEAN markets.
To fuel our talent pipeline, we are launching a 12–18 month Management Trainee Program based in Malaysia, with rotations across Product Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), and E-commerce.
Program Overview
This structured program is designed to groom high-potential young professionals into future leaders of the business. You will gain cross-functional exposure, work on high-impact projects, and be mentored by the Global CEO and senior leaders.
At the end of the program, successful candidates will be offered Manager-level roles, based on performance, career interests, and business needs—either in Malaysia or other Southeast Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing Rotation

<li>Assist in localising product launch strategies and executing integrated campaigns</li>
<li>Support influencer engagement, branding, and market research</li>
<li>Monitor trends and consumer behavior to support data-driven decisions</li>
</ul>
Key Account Management Rotation
<ul>
<li>Assist KAMs with joint business planning and promotional activities</li>
<li>Track retail sales performance and coordinate with merchandising teams</li>
<li>Support execution of in-store activations and planograms</li>
</ul>
E-commerce Rotation
<ul>
<li>Operate and optimize brand presence on e-commerce platforms</li>
<li>Plan digital campaigns and analyze performance metrics</li>
<li>Coordinate product listings, content, pricing, and customer engagement</li>
</ul>
