Professional Training Provided
Role Description

<li>Perform professional scalp &amp; hair consultations/treatments in line with SOPs (training provided).</li>
<li>Understand customer needs and provide personalized treatment/product recommendations.</li>
<li>Ensure customer comfort and satisfaction throughout the therapy journey.</li>
<li>Serve customers with passion, professionalism, and integrity to deliver an outstanding experience.</li>
<li>Proactively engage new customers, handle enquiries, manage bookings, and follow up promptly.</li>
<li>Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent after-service communication.</li>
<li>Work closely with teammates and the Branch Manager to achieve store goals and uphold brand standards.</li>
<li>Support daily operations (e.g., inventory checks, product knowledge sharing).</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional consultation/treatment environment.</li>
</ul>
