Job Description
- Conduct daily accounting tasks and perform reconciliations
- Generate financial reports and aid in the auditing process
- Administer payroll and ensure compliance with statutory reporting (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Oversee matters related to LHDN and taxation
- Assist management with financial matters
- Provide administrative assistance as needed
- Keeping track of account balances, processing payroll and managing petty cash.
- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts (using system).
- Perform data entry: Record invoice/expense/etc in the provided account system.
- Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare payment for office supplies, company stocks and related expenses.
Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts and/or HR role
- Able to handle accounting and administrating tasks independently
- Organized, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience in SME environment is an advantage
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Attention to detail.
- Multilingual may be preferred or required. Able to communicate with English averagely
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Looking for a stable and permanent job.
