Job Description
- Handle full set accounting & financial reporting,
- Handle e-invoicing, intercompany reconciliation, accurate posting entries, fixed assets register
- Ensuring proper maintenance of account transactions in compliance to statutory and requirements
- Handle audit & tax coordination and liaison with company Secretary, auditor, tax department and other government departments
- Cash flow, payment management, and banking matters,
- Management reporting
- Handle tax submission such as prepare audit and tax schedules for year-end finalization.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or professional accounting qualification
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Chinese and English is necessary for effective communication and documentation
- Able to work independently, mature with self initiative and motivation in a fast-paced environment Supportive working environment.
- Good problem solving and able to work perform well under pressure
- Immediate hiring for suitable candidates or within short notice are highly encouraged to apply
