Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1) Sales & Collections

  • To achieve & exceed the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target set for each financial year.
  • To be responsible for the collections of checks or cash, that is directly or indirectly related to the sales or the group company’s business.
  • To achieve the individual product sales as provided in the sales target. The products may vary from year to year.
  • To ensure the successful launch of any new products.

2) Promotions

  • Promote products to end consumers, trades, outlets doctors.
  • Promotional literatures, samples, premiums and other support aids should be used and distributed with care and discretion.
  • The company’s stand on products, prices and discounts should be strictly be adhered and fully explained to the customers.
  • Advantages and Benefits of Company’s products over competitor’s should be emphasized.
  • Organize/conduct local meetings/workshops with customers in order to create loyalty to aesthetic products.
  • Display and merchandizing of aesthetic products in retail outlets should be carry out during every outlet visit.

3) Territorial Coverage/Management

  • All Aesthetic clinics/trade outlets in the itinerary should be covered accordingly.
  • Customers should be properly targeted according to their potentials for our products.
  • Calls should be planned and evaluated daily, weekly and monthly.
  • New sources of business should be explored and exploited if potential exists.
  • To work closely with the superior, to ensure that territorial coverage is achieved.

4) Administration

  • Records should be kept updated at all times.
  • Weekly Reports should be submitted to reach head office by the following Monday.
  • Correspondence should be answered promptly as and when required.
  • Field expenses should be monitored to be within budget.

5) Market Feedbacks/Surveys

  • Ensure all safety reports are completely filled with all the essential elements before submission to the Pharmacovogilance Pharmacist / QPPV within 24 hours. 
  • Ensure all products complaints forms are completely filled before submission to the QA Pharmacist within 24 hours.
  • Report to Pharmacovogilance Pharmacist / QPPV for any medical enquiries received from the health care professionals, consumers, competitors, etc. 
  • The latest developments in the competitive market should be followed and report with urgency to the head office in the weekly reports e.g. competitive product launch, promotions, prices, etc.
  • Full cooperation should be extended to conduct market surveys as when required.
  • New ideas of value-added for marketing should be sent to head office for consideration.

6) Company Property

  • Company properties eg. electronic equipment, displays and etc. assigned for business purposes, should be properly handled and maintained.
  • Company records, documents and etc. should be kept private and confidential and not discussed with third party.

7) Relationship/Image

  • Good relationship should be developed and maintained with our customers, distributors and the company co-employees at all times.
  • Uphold the company’s image and reputation through good conduct and cordial presentation of the company to the customers and public.

8) Others

  • Continuously learn about aesthetic products and its related benefits for continuous improvement in selling the benefits to the customers, in the most professional manner.
  • Any confidential information concerning the Company should not be divulged to any person that may jeopardize the company’s interest.
  • Attendance during exhibitions/seminars organized by the company at respective territory is compulsory.
  • Any other duties, that the management may assigned to you, from time to time.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 1 year experience in sales and marketing for aesthetic beauty industry.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to travel.
