We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a structured and proven background in corporate interior design or related industries. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and possess a strong hunter mindset. This role requires someone with an extensive network in the B2B/commercial sector who can work independently, drive sales, and build lasting client relationships.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Participate in business pitches, RFPs, and tender submissions, preparing proposals and quotations to win projects.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams from initial briefing to project completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Drive brand awareness, build market confidence, and position the company as a trusted partner in the industry.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and monthly reports to management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of business development experience in interior design, interior architecture, or related industries (corporate/commercial focus).
  • Structured, relevant experience in corporate interior design is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets with a hunter mindset.
  • Strong network and connections within the B2B/commercial sector for interior design or corporate interiors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence and engage decision-makers.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to project handover.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Multilingual abilities (English and Mandarin) are an added advantage.
