We want someone who is:

  • Confident, outgoing & strong in communication
  • Experienced in B2B sales, digital marketing, e-commerce, or agency environments
  • Able to develop relationships with SMEs, corporates & government sectors
  • Driven by targets and excited about earning through performance
  • Skilled in pitching, presenting & solution selling
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate with independence

Experience in e-commerce (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada), digital marketing, or training & development is a bonus ;but the right attitude is just as important.

Job Requirements

💼 What You Will Do

As our Sales Manager, you will lead front-line growth efforts by:

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients across Southeast Asia
  • Building strong networks within the digital, retail and SME ecosystem
  • Calling leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals
  • Conducting presentations and pitching tailored solutions
  • Proposing strategic e-commerce & digital marketing services
  • Preparing proposals for government projects and digital transformation grants
  • Working closely with our operations & creative teams to ensure client success

You’ll be the face of the company, understanding client needs, proposing the right solutions, and ensuring we continue to be a trusted digital growth partner
