<h2>What you'll be doing</h2>
Strategy &amp; proposals
<ul>
<li>Attend client meetings, collect briefs, and dig into the business — strategy, challenges, competitors, KPIs, and budget</li>
<li>Conduct brand audits to understand positioning, USP, target audience, and marketing funnel</li>
<li>Develop and present tailored marketing proposals covering strategy, media approach, timelines, and KPIs</li>
<li>Prepare accurate project costings and quotations — transparent, no hidden surprises</li>
<li>Recommend fresh approaches based on market trends and what's actually going to move the needle for clients</li>
</ul>
Client servicing &amp; relationships
<ul>
<li>Be the go-to person for your clients — responsive, reliable, and always one step ahead</li>
<li>Build long-term relationships that go beyond project delivery; identify growth opportunities proactively</li>
<li>Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth handover from pitch to execution</li>
<li>Keep all brand assets, guidelines, and documentation consolidated and accessible for internal teams</li>
</ul>
Internal coordination &amp; collaboration
<ul>
<li>Liaise across Media, Content, Creative, E-Commerce, CRM, Tech, and Branding teams to turn strategy into execution</li>
<li>Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-department workflows so nothing falls through the cracks</li>
<li>Join brainstorms, strategy sessions, and key project meetings — and actually contribute</li>
</ul>
Quality, reporting &amp; performance
<ul>
<li>Review proposals and deliverables before they go to clients — quality and accuracy are non-negotiable</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and flag areas for improvement early</li>
<li>Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations</li>
</ul>
