What you'll be doing

Strategy & proposals

  • Attend client meetings, collect briefs, and dig into the business — strategy, challenges, competitors, KPIs, and budget
  • Conduct brand audits to understand positioning, USP, target audience, and marketing funnel
  • Develop and present tailored marketing proposals covering strategy, media approach, timelines, and KPIs
  • Prepare accurate project costings and quotations — transparent, no hidden surprises
  • Recommend fresh approaches based on market trends and what's actually going to move the needle for clients

Client servicing & relationships

  • Be the go-to person for your clients — responsive, reliable, and always one step ahead
  • Build long-term relationships that go beyond project delivery; identify growth opportunities proactively
  • Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth handover from pitch to execution
  • Keep all brand assets, guidelines, and documentation consolidated and accessible for internal teams

Internal coordination & collaboration

  • Liaise across Media, Content, Creative, E-Commerce, CRM, Tech, and Branding teams to turn strategy into execution
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-department workflows so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Join brainstorms, strategy sessions, and key project meetings — and actually contribute

Quality, reporting & performance

  • Review proposals and deliverables before they go to clients — quality and accuracy are non-negotiable
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and flag areas for improvement early
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in an agency environment
  • Solid understanding of branding, creative, and marketing — ATL, BTL, events, digital, the works
  • Experience building full marketing strategies and proposals from scratch
  • Familiar with market trends and comfortable recommending solutions based on them
  • Strong communicator who can hold a room with clients and align a team internally
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure
