Job Description

    • Update account maintenance and assist to ensure of the subscription benefit customer care. 
    • Assist to get feedback on the Customer Satisfaction Score Tracking 
    • To ensure customer aware of the subscription renewal period timeline 
    • Follow up with customer subscription renewal status 
    • Support customer enquire or concerns directly to ensure the matter being address 
    • Support as representative person to vendor on our forecast update 
    • Update CRM Assets Management 
    • Assist to update the monthly and quarterly report to respective person and management
    • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required by the Management

Job Requirements

    • Race: Chinese or Malay  
    • Well-spoken in English - Mandarin is a strong preference 
    • Empathy and Problem-Solving skills 
    • Should possess either a degree/diploma
