Job Description

• Serve as the CEO’s right hand in managing strategic execution and daily operations.
• Directly manage and oversee HR operations, ensuring the right people, systems, and culture are in place.
• Admin and Finance teams will report directly to this role; provide guidance, support, and performance oversight.
• Oversee the Business Development team (with linear reporting to CEO) – ensure alignment on KPIs, leads, and sales strategy.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team and Head of Engineering on cross-functional projects; while engineering reports to the CEO, you’ll be involved in product timelines, planning, and execution.
• Drive OKR tracking, performance reviews, offsite planning, and inter-departmental accountability.
• Prepare briefings, pitch decks, and communications for board, investor, and partner meetings.
• Improve workflows, internal systems, and cross-team coordination.
• Lead high-priority projects and act as the glue between strategy and execution.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience, with proven roles in both startup and corporate environments.
• Strong HR experience, ideally having led or implemented HR processes and policies.
• Exposure to admin, finance, and business functions.
• Experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, or Project Management role.
• High EQ, strong communication, and confident in managing stakeholders across all levels.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to execute.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other Southeast Asian languages are a bonus.
