<div>&nbsp;</div><ul><li>To assist and support in daily operation of the Company secretarial work.</li><li>To handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work to ensure compliance with relevant rules regulations, i.e. Labuan Companies Act 1990, Malaysia Companies Act 2016.</li><li>Responsible for the preparation of resolutions, board papers, minutes of meetings and other corporate secretarial documents.</li><li>To monitor and ensure that the statutory records/ registers are properly kept and updated.</li><li>To arrange attend directors’ and shareholders’ meetings.</li><li>To manage a portfolio of clients and to meet potential clients</li><li>To manage billings and collection.</li><li>Responsible for the preceding responsibilities for entities incorporated in Labuan, Malaysia and other jurisdictions.</li><li>Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.</li></ul>
