<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong><br>We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Contracts Executive to support our contracts and procurement functions for high-rise building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be involved in tender preparation, contract administration, and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in tendering exercises, including preparing tender documents, pricing, and submission requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct quantity take-off, prepare quotations, and perform cost analysis for high-rise building projects.</li>
<li>Support pre- and post-contract activities, including contract drafting, variation orders, progress claims, certifications, and final accounts.</li>
<li>Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely contract documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor project costs, budgets, and procurement schedules to ensure compliance with project objectives.</li>
<li>Maintain proper contract records, documentation, and reporting.</li>
</ul>
