Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Contracts Executive to support our contracts and procurement functions for high-rise building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be involved in tender preparation, contract administration, and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tendering exercises, including preparing tender documents, pricing, and submission requirements.
• Conduct quantity take-off, prepare quotations, and perform cost analysis for high-rise building projects.
• Support pre- and post-contract activities, including contract drafting, variation orders, progress claims, certifications, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely contract documentation.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and procurement schedules to ensure compliance with project objectives.
• Maintain proper contract records, documentation, and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or in Building
• At least 5 years’ experience in high rise building construction projects whether based at Site or Contracts and Procurement Department.
• Experience in tendering exercise, preparing quotations, taking-off quantities and post contract matters preferred.
