Job Description

• Handling all inbound calls, chat & email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, 

feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.

• Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

• Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

Job Requirements

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English (read & write)

• Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full 

Training Provided.

• Candidates are required to work onsite, Ara Damansara. 

• Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
