Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments,
    feedback and other raising issues related to the company's products.
  • To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin & English (read and speak).
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided (2 weeks paid training)
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
  • Ability to multitask, fast learner and a team player
  • Age between 24 and 40 years old
