<li>Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Infrastructure and Systems operations including routine backup, network troubleshooting, office computer and peripherals maintenance.<br></li>
<li>Incident Management: proactively follow up with the IT team members to ensure a quick resolution to all incidents encountered.<br></li>
<li>Responsible to manage and report to Management on network infrastructure, daily operations and security issues and status on a weekly and monthly basis.<br></li>
<li>Responsible for managing, implementing, and monitoring IPVPN / VPN / WAN, VOIP and firewall configuration.<br></li>
<li>Require planning, acquiring, and coordinating installations and patch management of server, network hardware and others infrastructure devices and software.<br></li>
<li>Responsible to manage and ensuring optimum performance of server and network devices.<br></li>
<li>Be knowledgeable with monitoring dashboard tools such as Icinga, Netflow &amp; PRTG in the monitoring data center, system &amp; network performance.<br></li>
<li>To ensure all issues are acknowledged, respond, and provide the solution to users within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)<br></li>
<li>Provide periodic statistical fault reports for Senior Manager, IT Services apart of weekly management reports.<br></li>
<li>Responsible in monitor and maintaining proper inventory of hardware and software licenses.<br></li>
<li>Participate in DR and BCP simulation including infrastructure readiness and checklist.<br></li>
<li>Involve and provide feedback on cyber security activity, audit and briefing to regulator and staff.<br></li>
<li>Periodically review and update IT-related policy and procedure.<br></li>
