<ul><p>We are hiring a Head of Financial Advisor to lead and grow our financial advisory unit. The</p>
<p>successful candidate must be licensed by both Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and the Securities</p>
<p>Commission (SC) to offer both conventional and takaful financial advice. You will serve as the</p>
<p>Person-in-Charge for regulatory and compliance matters and play a critical role in obtaining and</p>
<p>managing our advisory licenses.</p>

<li>Act as Person-in-Charge for compliance in all matters related to financial advisory license under BNM and SC.</li>
<li>Support the SC CMSL and BNM financial advisor licensing process including documentation, readiness, audits, and submissions.</li>
<li>Lead the strategy, structure, and launch of Senang.io’s financial advisory arm (conventional &amp; takaful).</li>
<li>Design and enforce compliance procedures that meet BNM, SC, FIMM, and industry guidelines.</li>
<li>Build and lead a licensed advisory team (unit trust, PRS, takaful, life insurance).</li>
<li>Create SOPs for onboarding, KYC, client risk profiling, product suitability, and conflict-of-interest declarations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product, legal, tech, and commercial teams to embed compliance into digital journeys.</li>
<li>Represent the company in regulator, insurer, or fund house meetings.</li>
<li>Track and manage compliance KPIs, audit response, and advisor conduct.</li>
