<li>The role is responsible to achieve the sales and income targets by identifying own sales pipeline and qualifying opportunities for the range of products sold and assigned by the Company.&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proactively contact assigned customers and develop sales opportunities for existing and new products.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor individual customers’ on-going sales.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Answer product/service-related questions as appropriate and initiate orders in accordance with established procedures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Establish good rapport with the various organizations and liaise with them on customers’ needs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work with the Marketing Executive on sales plans and product seminars from time to time.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Establish healthy customer relations via CRM &amp; provide efficient and effective service/support in accordance to the service standards set so as to maintain the customers’ confidence in the reputation of the products offered by the Company.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare product costing &amp; to work out quotations for customers.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Attend to customers’ complaints and enquiries with professionalism &amp; integrity.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Submit periodic sales report &amp; activities plan with the most updated order closing date, &amp; report problems encountered on a regular basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Gather market information, where possible, so as to keep the Company updated on competitors’ movements &amp; the Company’s position in the market.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Be conscious and receptive to customers’ needs, market trend and new products launched by competitors.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork within the indoor sales team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible to comply with the Group’s Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and safe work procedures.&nbsp;</li>
