<p>1. Perform full set account and manage the day to day financial and accounting operations<br>2. Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly cash flow projection<br>3. Prepare monthly management reports and highlight to manager on concerning areas.<br>4. Prepare annual budgets, monitoring actual performance against budget and monitoring corrective action plans.<br>5. Prepare documents for annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax related matters, for manager's review and submission.<br>6. Highlight any non-compliance of accounting standards, and other regulatory requirements, and implement suggest improvement activities. Ensure internal controls procedures and policies are executed successfully.<br>7. Liaise with external stakeholders eg  internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, secretaries etc. whenever necessary<br>8. Provide finance support and advice to our internal customer.  Make improvement to SOPs/ processes for smoother operations flow.</p>
