<li>Conduct research and gather information on specific topics as requested.</li>
<li>Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.</li>
<li>Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.</li>
<li>Coordinate and facilitate communication between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, and employees.</li>
<li>Take meeting minutes, distribute agendas, and follow up on action items.</li>
<li>Assist in the planning and organization of company events, meetings, and conferences.</li>
<li>Provide general office support, including ordering supplies, managing petty cash, and maintaining office equipment.</li>
<li>Assist in researching and identifying suitable awards, grants, and Nobel Prize opportunities that align with the organization's mission and goals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, data, and supporting documentation required for award, Nobel Prize, and grant applications.</li>
<li>Prepare and format application materials, ensuring they meet submission guidelines and deadlines.</li>
