Job Description

Review and draft Commercial Contract / Letters / Documents
Respond to legal queries and conduct research on legal queries
Drive strategic projects e.g run workshop and develop new legal policies
Formulate responses to Letter of Demand and liaises with external counsels on litigation matters

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Laws Degree
8 to 10 years experience in legal field (combination of both practice and in house experience)
Must have Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP)
Well versed with Corporate / Commercial Law, Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Contract Law
Drafting / Reviewing of complex commercial contracts
Excellent in written and oral communication
