Job Description
- Review and draft Commercial Contract / Letters / Documents
- Respond to legal queries and conduct research on legal queries
- Drive strategic projects e.g run workshop and develop new legal policies
- Formulate responses to Letter of Demand and liaises with external counsels on litigation matters
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws Degree
- 8 to 10 years experience in legal field (combination of both practice and in house experience)
- Must have Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP)
- Well versed with Corporate / Commercial Law, Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Contract Law
- Drafting / Reviewing of complex commercial contracts
- Excellent in written and oral communication
