<p>In this position of AM you will be responsible to <br></p>
<ul>
<li>Work together and work closely with the General Manager for BD implementation.</li>
<li>Stractegic reviews, business plans and tracking.</li>
<li>Conduct market research of the industry/ competitor to identify potential diversification opportunities.</li>
<li>Assist in evaluating new business ventures, partnerships, joint ventures or investment opportunities.</li>
<li>Prepare financial analysis and feasibility studies including basic valuation and scenario analysis.</li>
<li>Support preparation of management papers, proposal and presentations.</li>
<li>Laise with external parties such as consultants, advisors and potential partners.</li>
<li>To undertake any other specific tasks that may assisgned from time to time.</li>
</ul>
