Job Description
In this position of AM you will be responsible to
- Work together and work closely with the General Manager for BD implementation.
- Stractegic reviews, business plans and tracking.
- Conduct market research of the industry/ competitor to identify potential diversification opportunities.
- Assist in evaluating new business ventures, partnerships, joint ventures or investment opportunities.
- Prepare financial analysis and feasibility studies including basic valuation and scenario analysis.
- Support preparation of management papers, proposal and presentations.
- Laise with external parties such as consultants, advisors and potential partners.
- To undertake any other specific tasks that may assisgned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- At least a Degree/ Advanced Diploma/Diploma holder who are from either Business Administration/ Business Studies/ Real Estate/ Valuation/ Finance or International Business background.
- At least 4 Year(s) working experience in the related field and scope.
- Good commercial sense with interest to new business/ expansion.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Able to work at dynamic work environment.
- With own transportation.
- Monday to Friday.
