Job Description

Marketing

  • Manage overall aspect of marketing, branding and promotion across all digital channels to maximize product and business presence extensively
  • Actively maintain and update the Company’s social media platform, website, email, advertising campaign and others to generate sales.
  • Responsible for strategy development and implementation for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to increase visibility in search ranking.
  • Implement outreach of content pieces to earn links back to the website to improve our search engine ranking and create keyword specific landing pages as required.
  • Create content, landing pages and optimize user experience to increase qualified marketing leads and conversions.
  • Work closely with advertising or media experts for the successful execution of digital marketing activity.
  • Design, plan and implement marketing campaigns and strategies that drive up sales.
  • Prepare monthly and/or weekly reports, presentations and planning as and when required.
  • Well-versed with the healthcare governmental rules and regulations in implementing any marketing or advertising campaigns.
  • Lead and manage the marketing department in order to improve efficiency

Customer Service

  • Train, lead, mentor, and manage the customer service team, ensuring efficient and effective customer support.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Enhance service delivery by improving existing processes.
  • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Foster strong customer relationships and drive improvements through feedback.
  • Enforce service standards and ensure protocol adherence.
  • Utilize data to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions, providing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the customer service budget effectively


Job Requirements

  • Candidate with 5-8 years of experience within the marketing space 
  • Candidate should have experience running both social media platforms and digital marketing/paid ads
  • SEO/SEM experience would be a bonus
  • Candidate should know how to do on ground level execution for campaigns, and build strong brand recognition and awareness in the market
  • Candidates from beauty industry would be preferred
  • Mandarin speaking candidates would be preferred to manage Mandarin focused social media sites (ie XHS)
  • Candidates should have strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategy for an overall marketing team
  • Candidates need not have CS experience, but need to understand key drivers in the market
