Daily responsibilities:

1. Customer Approach with customize procedures and methods
2. Lifestyle and problem solving oriented eyetest
3. Consultation
4. Lens introductions and recommendations
5. Product quality check,adjustment and packing
6. Glasses dispensing with SOP
7. Glasses adjustment
8. Explanation on warranty and eye care/glasses care procedures
9. Customer review and feedback
10. Administrative work (Data entry)
11. Product ordering
12. Product replenish and stocks in
13. Arrange delivery within outlets and to manufacture for edging(certain outlets)
14. Handle customer complain,troubleshoot and replacement
15. Follow up with customers according to SOP and duration
16. Answer to all inquiries via whats app/phone call and other channels
17. Appointment arrangement
18. Glasses cleaning

Adhoc task:

1. Perform eye test and Glasses donation trip arrangement (by-turn)
2. Corporate eye test drive (by-turn)
3. Marketing events coordination
4. Coordinate in marketing videos shooting
5. Submit monthly report for KPI and metrics on number transaction achieved
6. Goals and targets brainstorm analysis
