<li>Lifestyle and problem solving oriented eyetest</li>
<li>Consultation</li>
<li>Lens introductions and recommendations</li>
<li>Product quality check,adjustment and packing</li>
<li>Glasses dispensing with SOP</li>
<li>Glasses adjustment</li>
<li>Explanation on warranty and eye care/glasses care procedures</li>
<li>Customer review and feedback</li>
<li>Administrative work (Data entry)</li>
<li>Product ordering</li>
<li>Product replenish and stocks in</li>
<li>Arrange delivery within outlets and to manufacture for edging(certain outlets)</li>
<li>Handle customer complain,troubleshoot and replacement</li>
<li>Follow up with customers according to SOP and duration</li>
<li>Answer to all inquiries via whats app/phone call and other channels</li>
<li>Appointment arrangement</li>
<li>Glasses cleaning</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Adhoc task:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Perform eye test and Glasses donation trip arrangement (by-turn)</li>
<li>Corporate eye test drive (by-turn)</li>
<li>Marketing events coordination</li>
<li>Coordinate in marketing videos shooting</li>
<li>Submit monthly report for KPI and metrics on number transaction achieved</li>
<li>Goals and targets brainstorm analysis</li>
