elevate brand awareness and advocacy across digital and offline channels. Your
primary mission is to build buzz, drive authentic conversations, and cultivate long-term
relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, media, and collaborators
who can amplify our e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & KOL Engagement
• Source, shortlist, and onboard relevant KOLs, influencers, and content
creators aligned with our brand voice.
• Negotiate, brief, and manage influencer collaborations (gifting, paid, affiliate,
ambassador programs).
• Track content delivery, performance, and KPIs (engagement, reach, sentiment,
conversions).
Media Outreach & Brand Visibility
• Identify and reach out to media platforms, blogs, online publications, and
community pages that can feature or write about our brand and products.
• Craft compelling brand stories, founder narratives, and product angles to
pitch to lifestyle and niche media.
• Build relationships with content editors, journalists, and writers to secure
regular media coverage.
Partnerships & Brand Collaborations
• Identify and manage brand partnerships or co-marketing campaigns that
enhance brand equity.
• Work with like-minded brands, communities, or creators to execute meaningful
collabs or events.
Monitoring & Reporting
• Track KOL and media campaign results, measure ROI and share post-campaign
performance decks.
• Maintain a growing KOL/media database and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Stay on top of social trends and pop culture to keep the brand culturally relevant.

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships,
preferably in consumer products or e-commerce.

• Creative storyteller with a sharp eye for trends, social content, and brand fit.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple partnerships at once.
