We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven KOL Specialist to join our social media marketing team. You’ll be the driving force behind our influencer marketing efforts—spearheading strategy, implementation, and execution of KOL-driven campaigns that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions across digital platforms.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:

<li>Strategize, plan, and execute KOL/influencer marketing initiatives across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages using multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, partnerships, etc.).</li>
<li>Identify and track content promotion trends to uncover emerging opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to expand customer reach and drive traffic.</li>
<li>Manage the end-to-end KOL collaboration process: scouting, initiating contact, negotiating terms, briefing, managing deliverables, and post-campaign reporting.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all KOL partnerships, ad campaigns, and social content to maintain cohesive brand identity.</li>
<li>Forecast and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, reach) in collaboration with product and business development teams to inform decision-making.</li>
<li>Supervise marketing efforts including advertising, visual content, and product promotion to align with overall brand voice and objectives.</li>
<li>Orchestrate KOL seeding programs to maximize brand exposure and foster organic buzz around products and campaigns.</li>
<li>Collaborate with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to deliver compelling storytelling and campaign materials.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a robust network of KOLs, KOCs, and micro-influencers relevant to beauty, skincare, FMCG, lifestyle, and more.</li>
