• Leadership & Supervision
• Lead, coach, and supervise all production workers, ensuring clear task allocation and accountability.
• Develop team discipline, skills, and morale to build a high-performing production workforce.
• Production Planning & Control
• Formulate and implement production schedules in line with company goals and project timelines.
• Monitor daily output, adjust manpower and resources as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track production performance and take corrective actions to prevent delays or inefficiencies.
• Quality Management
• Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with the Quality Department to address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Promote quality awareness among production staff to achieve zero-defect manufacturing.
• Process Optimization & Cost Control
• Promote lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify process bottlenecks, propose improvement measures, and support cost-reduction efforts.
• Monitor material usage and production efficiency to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Enforce workplace safety rules and ensure compliance with company EHS policies.
• Monitor safe operation of machinery and equipment to prevent accidents.
• Foster a safety-first culture and lead regular safety inspections and trainings.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination
• Coordinate with PMC, Engineering, Quality, HR, and EHS departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
• Support internal communication between production and management teams for issue resolution and performance reporting.Regularly report production status, risks, and improvement opportunities to management.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in metal fabrication, assembly, or modular production environments preferred.
• Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality systems, lean manufacturing, and workflow optimization.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and production reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiar with workplace safety management and 6S/5S implementation.
