<li>Lead, coach, and supervise all production workers, ensuring clear task allocation and accountability.</li>

<li><strong>Production Planning &amp; Control</strong></li>

<li>Formulate and implement production schedules in line with company goals and project timelines.</li>
<li>Monitor daily output, adjust manpower and resources as needed to ensure on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Track production performance and take corrective actions to prevent delays or inefficiencies.</li>

<li><strong>Quality Management</strong></li>

<li>Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards and technical specifications.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Quality Department to address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li>
<li>Promote quality awareness among production staff to achieve zero-defect manufacturing.</li>

<li><strong>Process Optimization &amp; Cost Control</strong></li>

<li>Promote lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Identify process bottlenecks, propose improvement measures, and support cost-reduction efforts.</li>
<li>Monitor material usage and production efficiency to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE)</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Enforce workplace safety rules and ensure compliance with company EHS policies.</li>
<li>Monitor safe operation of machinery and equipment to prevent accidents.</li>
<li>Foster a safety-first culture and lead regular safety inspections and trainings.</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Cross-Departmental Coordination</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with PMC, Engineering, Quality, HR, and EHS departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.</li>
<li>Support internal communication between production and management teams for issue resolution and performance reporting.Regularly report production status, risks, and improvement opportunities to management.</li>
