Job Description

• Supervise daily production activities in the fabrication of cabins and containers.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production workflow to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Manage, train, and motivate production staff to achieve targets efficiently.
• Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, or delays proactively.
• Maintain accurate production records, material usage, and progress reports.
• Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction supervision.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication, cabin or container production processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and regulations.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple teams for on-site installation or delivery.
