<li>&nbsp;We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects across East Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in large-scale engineering projects, including a minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity. Expertise in water and wastewater projects is highly preferred. This role requires exceptional leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills to oversee all aspects of project execution and ensure alignment with company goals in terms of cost, time, and quality.</li>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;To manage Project(s) to achieve company and project goals (in terms of cost, time, and quality)</li>
<li>&nbsp;To plan, direct and manage activities concerning project planning, design, procurement, construction, and other related work/matters, which include project planning / programming; internal &amp; external communication; construction (including management of subcontractors); procurement (including management of vendors); testing and commissioning.</li>
<li>&nbsp;To establish, develop and manage project team(s)</li>
<li>&nbsp;To plan, direct and manage day-to-day operations of the project team</li>
<li>&nbsp;To identify and manage project risk</li>
<li>&nbsp;To manage consultants engaged by the Company for projects.</li>
<li>&nbsp;To liaise with clients, vendors, consultants, authorities, stakeholders, internal departments/sections/modules, and any other persons as needed.</li>
<li>&nbsp;To manage Site Office administration and logistic work.</li>
<li>&nbsp;To coordinate with Head Office on project related matters.</li>
<li>&nbsp;To participate in tendering activities for new projects as needed.</li>
<li>&nbsp;To undertake other tasks as assigned by the Company Management as required.</li>
