<li>Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards</li>
<li>Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell</li>
<li>Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities</li>
<li>Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards</li>
<li>Update customer information in the database</li>
</ul>
